Here’s a few recipes inspired by South American travels to get you in the mood for some adventure storytellin’ next Wednesday. 

ADVENTURE DINNER

• 1 x packet of instant noodles (with hot water & flavour sachet)
• 3 x cut up frankfurters
• Many hunks of melty cheese.
• Eat from a soup cup with a spork.

Best served with sweat and dust.

CHILE

• Pebre Sauce (VE, GF)
• Pan Amasado (VEG)

BOLIVIA

• Papitas
  
• Humitas (VEG)

ARGENTINA

• Faina (is GF and can be made veggie/vegan)
• Steak & Chimichurri Sauce
• Beef Empanadas

GENERAL SOUTH AMERICAN

• South American Style Guac (VE)
• Ceviche (GF)

SWEET THINGS (YUM)

• Dulche de Leche – dip some biscuits in them!

DRINKIES

Soft

• Faye’s ‘Submarino’ – Argentinian hot chocolate
• ‘Chile Mote con Huesillos’ (wheat and peach drink)

Alcoholic

• This is the red wine I drank too much of in Chile.
• Or any good bottle of Argentinian Malbec!
• Pisco Sour
